FluoroBlok Inserts block light transmission, simplifying detection of migrating
fluorescently labeled cells. Permit real-time analysis of cell culture compound
permeability (1µm), cell migration (3µm or 8µm), and invasion
(8µm). Labeled cells or compounds can be quantified directly and in real
time. Detect and quantify fluorescently tagged cells or molecules both above
and below the insert membrane without further cell separation, washing, or
harvesting. A microporous membrane blocks light transmission from
490–700nm. For best results, use with cell culture insert companion
plates. |
