Matrigel Matrix Cellware consists of BD Falcon* Multiwell Tissue Culture
inserts, plates, and dishes treated with a uniform application of BD Matrigel
Basement Membrane Matrix to promote differentiation of a variety of cell types.
Convenient, ready-to-use cellware offers lot-to-lot consistency and reliable
cell culture performance. Use BioCoat Matrigel Matrix Cellware for the culture
of muscle cells, epithelial cells, endothelial cells, and more. BD Matrigel
source: Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse tumor. Tested for ability to promote
neurite outgrowth from chick dorsal root ganglia (in the absence of NGF).
Tested and found negative for bacteria and fungi. Cellware is stable for >=3
months from date of shipment when stored at –20°C (–4°F);
keep frozen until use. Thin-layer cellware is stable for >=3 months when
stored at 2 to 8°C (35.6 to 46.4°F). Inserts stable for >=3 months
at –20°C (–4°F); keep frozen until use. Ordering Information:
Inserts are packaged six per 6-well plate and twelve per 24-well plate. |
