| BD Falcon
cell culture inserts, plates, dishes, flasks, and coverslips are treated with a
uniform application of laminin to promote cell adhesion, proliferation, and
differentiation of a variety of cell types, particularly neurons, epithelial
cells, and myoblasts. Convenient, ready-to-use cellware offers lot-to-lot
consistency and reliable cell culture performance. Ideal for the culture of
NG-108 cells, neuronal cells, muscle cells, neural crest cells, and cardiac
myocytes. Laminin source: Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse tumor. Tested for
ability to initiate differentiation (neurite outgrowth) of NG-108 rat
glioma/mouse neuroblastoma cells. Tested and found negative for bacteria and
fungi. Cellware is stable for at least three months from date of shipment when
stored at 2 to 8°C (36 to 46°F). Inserts stable for at least three
months at 2 to 8°C (36 to 46°F). Do not freeze. Ordering Information:
