BD
Falcon™ HTS Multiwell Insert System is ideal for high or moderate
throughput screening assays where cells are cultured on multiple permeable
supports. Excellent for differentiation, toxicology, migration, and invasion
studies. This assay platform consists of a BD Falcon 24-multiwell polyethylene
terephthalate (PET) membrane insert plate with lid and either a media feeder
tray or a polystyrene plate. Large, one-well feeder tray design enhances
reproducibility from well to well and reduces the need for frequent media
changes. Compatible with most robots and fluid handling instruments that accept
BD Falcon 24-well plate formats. Sterilized by gamma irradiation. For single
use only. When used in conjunction with a BD Falcon 24-well plate, sampling
ports facilitate media sampling from above and below the membrane with
automated fluid handlers or multichannel pipettors.
