Falcon 96 well flat and round bottom plates are made from crystal grade
polystyrene and are tissue culture treated by vacuum gas plasma. These BD
Falcon 96 well plates are supplied with a low evaporation lid containing a
patented labyrinth air passage system for optimal gas exchange, which reduces
evaporation and minimizes contamination. Standard microplate footprint ensures
automation compatibility. Sterilized by gamma irradiation and nonpyrogenic.
