
AcroWell 96-Well Filter Plates with BioTrace NT and PVDF Membranes, Pall
Pall AcroWell 96-Well Filter Plates with BioTrace NT and PVDF Membrane plates are available with either a 0.2µm nitrocellulose membrane or 0.45µm polyvinylidene fluoride membrane that exhibits high binding capacities for proteins and nucleic acids. A downstream layer of hydrophobic Emflon PTFE allows longer incubations with the wells and acts as a barrier to passive flow. Pall AcroWell Plate membrane is sealed to bottom of plate with proprietary sealing technology to eliminate crosstalk. A small hole in the bottom membrane support layer allows fluid to pass under applied vacuum or centrifugation and prevents solution loss during extended or high temperature incubations. Pall AcroWell Plates are chemically resistant, low in biomolecule binding, and feature a robotics-friendly design with single-piece construction. The maximum well volume is 322µL, and the well bottom area is 0.26cm2. Pall AcroWell Plates are stackable with or without polystyrene lid in place.
