Pall Culture Filter Capsules, 0.2 痠 specifically designed for sterilizing cell culture media. Pall Culture Filter Capsules are disposable culture capsules incorporate with two layers of low protein binding HT Tuffryn (polysulfone) membrane for reliable purification. Pall Culture Filter Capsules have a pleated design for maximum throughput and effective filtration. Pall Culture Filter Capsules body housing and end caps are constructed of polycarbonate with a polypropylene core and vent plug. Pall Culture Filter Capsules upstream/downstream filter support is polyester. For additional safety, a polycarbonate filling bell is available. Culture Filter Capsules are sterilized by gamma irradiation. If further sterilization is desired for Pall Culture Filter Capsules prior to use, capsules may be autoclaved once only at 121蚓 (250蚌) for 20 minutes at 1.0bar (15psi). Nonpyrogenic. Pall Culture Filter capsules pass USP Class VI-121蚓 Plastics Test. Pall Culture Filter Capsules endotoxicity is less than 0.5 EU/mL using the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) Test. Pall Culture Filter Capsules finished product has been sampled and tested for bacterial retention per ASTM F838-83 methodology using Brevundimonous diminuta at 107 organisms/cm2 in cell culture media.� �
