Pall Microsep Centrifuge Device useful to concentrate dilute protein samples prior to electrophoresis; deproteinize serum or urine for HPLC analysis of drugs, amino acids, and antibodies; recover biomolecules from cell culture supernatants or lysates; isolate low molecular weight compounds from fermentation broths for natural product screening; or for buffer exchange and salt removal. Pall Microsep Centrifuge Device capable of 100x concentration and >90% recovery in just minutes. Pall Microsep Centrifuge Device have low protein-binding Omega (modified polyethersulfone) membranes. Pall Microsep Centrifuge Device also has deadstop to prevent samples form spinning to dryness. Pall Microsep Centrifuge Device ultrasonically sealed, O-ringless design prevents solution bypass and cross-contamination. Provided nonsterile. Pall Microsep Centrifuge Device may be sanitized by filtering 70% ethanol through the device prior to use.
