Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System provides ultrapure water for optimal chromatographic results and longer column life by incorporating full spectrum UV photo-oxidation technology for oxidation of organic contaminants at 185nm and radiation at 254nm, killing bacteria. A 0.05µm ultra-microfiltration filter removes colloids and bacteria. Dual purification packs incorporate high-quality organic absorbents, ion exchange resins, and membrane processes to purify water to 18.2megohm-cm in order to meet ASTM Type I, ISO 3696, NCCLS Type I, CAP, and USP 27 specifications. The Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System water has extremely low levels of inorganic and organic contaminants for the most demanding HPLC, GC-MS, ion chromatography, solid phase extraction, and other UV spectrometry applications. Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System features faster, consistent water purification with real-time, continuous quality monitoring. Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System multistage monitoring analyzes water throughout system to ensure water quality. A pure water recirculation system maintains consistent peak quality. Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System quality results such as resistivity, temperature, and TOC content are available immediately, with no waste of water. Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System unit features adjustable audio and visual alarms and LCD screens for power on, process on, intermittent operation, recirculation, dispense flow rate, percentage full, sanitation, and feed water flush. The Pall Cascada AN-Water Ultrapurification System automatically calibrates electronic circuitry during startup, eliminating the need for calibration modules. An adjustable flow rate allows the user to dispense water drop by drop, or up to 2L/min (0.53gal./min). The entire fluid pathway is included in the automated disinfection process to ensure complete sanitation. Data tagged sanitation blocks prevent other operations from interrupting the sanitation process. Electronically tagged cartridges prevent incorrect cartridge fitting and potential leaks. Tag data is displayed on the control monitor, which shows cartridge number, installation date, and recommended change-out date. An RS-232 port allows for the downloading of information to a PC, providing a permanent record of water quality and system parameters, as recommended by GLP guidelines. The RS-232 printer kit includes a thermal printer, RS-232 cable, and two rolls of paper. The remote dispensing station includes dispensing gun and a bracket that can be used up to 2m (6.6') from the unit. The gun has a range of 1m (3.2') from the bracket. Open and closed circuit ringmain kits are for the dispensing station. Note: To achieve the stated water purity, a feed water with a purity of  <50ppb TOC is recommended.
