Optitran BA-S Supported Nitrocellulose Membranes, Whatman
For repeated blot screenings such as genomic library studies and affinity binding assays. Used for all standard nitrocellulose protocols including Southern, Northern, and Western transfers, immunoblots, and colony and plaque lifts. Composed of pure nitrocellulose cast onto an ultrathin, inert polyester support. These flexible membranes feature excellent signal-to-noise ratios and low nonspecific binding without stringent washing and blotting conditions.
